About This Survey

The Healthspan Action Coalition wants your critical feedback as we formulate our advocacy plans for the next year. This Annual Benchmark Survey covers a series of topics related to healthspan policymaking advocacy. The survey only takes about 10 minutes, most questions are multiple choice, and we understand that some of the questions may be related to your organization's proprietary and confidential information that should not be shared. It's not necessary to answer each and every question to complete the survey.
