“Listening to, learning from, and building trust with communities to enable access to critical health innovations for all Americans.”
San Francisco, CA and Wellington, FL—December 15, 2025—The Healthspan Action Coalition is pleased to announce its role as a member of the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) Customer Experience Hub (CX Hub). The Hub’s goal is to guide development and speed the delivery of new innovations and technologies tailored to the real needs of patients.
As part of ARPANET-H, a nationwide health innovation network dedicated to meeting the needs of people who can benefit from new healthcare advances, the Hub helps ARPA-H ensure that new, government-sponsored medical innovations are delivered in a patient-centered way to all Americans. The CX Hub incorporates end-user considerations at all stages of health-related research and development and reaches diverse patient audiences, capturing vital information about the patient experience that can be incorporated into ARPA-H programs.
“HSAC is honored to be a part of the CX Hub, whose goals align with our mission of delivering new treatments to all Americans that promote healthy longevity,” said HSAC Executive Director Bernard Siegel, JD. “We seek to include patient and caregiver voices in all our priorities, and heartily support ARPA-H’s focus on integrating information about the patient experience with every stage of treatment development.”
“No medical innovation works if it fails to reach its intended user or for some reason fails to address the end-user experience,” he added. “Using a large network of medical organizations, researchers and healthcare delivery organizations, the CX Hub is an accelerator of cures that reach the people who need them most. We’re proud to be a member.”
